AMIRI offers a refined return process for items purchased on our official online boutique within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags and security seals intact.
Initiate Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Package
Place the items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form to ensure efficient processing.
Attach Label
Affix the pre-paid DHL Express shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the package, covering any previous tracking information.
Dispatch and Refund
Drop off your package at an authorized collection point; once our team verifies the condition of the luxury goods, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
